Phoenix Sun Media is committed to supporting film makers whose work is culturally or historically significant; educating and mentoring young filmmakers and assisting them as they develop their talent and expertise in the visual arts. PSM is committed to acting as a catalyst for the expansion and continuing development of the visual arts in Texas.
